Major capital investments in service lines and infrastructure are not small undertakings for any hospital, particularly for one that is located in a rural community like Walla Walla. Much like the care and treatment it would ultimately provide, the marketing and promotion of Walla Walla General Hospital’s new heart program had to be done right the first time. DVA was first brought in to launch the new program, which featured a state-of-the-art catheterization lab and accredited chest pain center. Following the successful launch of that program, we were retained to craft a branding campaign for the entire hospital, with executions for each of their core service lines across every available medium. The outcome of the heart program launch was a success by every measurable KPI, and the long-term prognosis for Walla Walla General Hospital is healthy.
