As one of the largest providers and most trusted names in Central Oregon health care, Bend Memorial Clinic was not focused on growth, but rather on merely maintaining what it had built. DVA was called on for some preventive medicine to ensure that BMC’s patients remained loyal. We created a comprehensive “I Love My Doc” campaign, which tapped into the stories of actual patients, real doctors, and their experiences. The campaign stretched across all of BMC’s service lines, and it was an instant success because it tapped into what patients cared about most: the caregivers who they interact with the most. Years after its launch, the campaign still resonates deeply in the community and has helped BMC stay at capacity in its core service lines.
