Working in a complicated industry that must navigate ever-changing insurance waters, BestCare Treatment Services was searching for ways to grow its base of privately insured patients and to expand its reach beyond its own local market. DVA devised a multifaceted strategy that targeted privately insured individuals, including a complete rebranding. We created a new logo, redesigned BestCare’s website, freshened its signage, and employed a tactical media strategy that touted the new brand. The results were almost instantaneous. Since the implementation, BestCare has enjoyed a triple-digit increase in web traffic, and experienced its largest monthly intake of private insurance patients in its history.
